These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of csgoskins.org (the “Website” or the “Platform”).

 

The Platform is operated by KATMIZ TECH LTD, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 16704503, with its registered office at 33 Queen St, London, England, EC4R 1AP (“Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”).

 

By accessing or using the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

  1. Eligibility and Access

 

The Platform is available only to individuals who are at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding agreements.

 

Access to certain features may be limited based on geographic location, regulatory requirements, or internal compliance policies.

  1. Description of Services

 

The Platform provides digital services related to virtual items and gaming-related content.

 

The Company does not create, issue, or guarantee the availability of third-party digital assets and does not act as a publisher or rights holder of any game content. All trademarks and intellectual property rights remain with their respective owners.

  1. Accounts, Authentication, and Security

 

Some features require users to create an account or authenticate their identity.

 

You agree to:

  • provide accurate and up-to-date information;
  • safeguard your login credentials;
  • promptly notify us of any unauthorised access.

 

For security and compliance purposes, additional verification may be required before sensitive actions, including withdrawals, are processed.

  1. Payments and Transaction Handling

 

Payments are processed through authorised third-party payment service providers. The Company does not store full card numbers or sensitive authentication data.

 

We reserve the right to suspend, refuse, or reverse transactions where technical errors, suspected misuse, or compliance concerns arise.

 

Processing times of banks, card networks, and payment partners are outside the Company’s direct control.

  1. Withdrawals and Payouts

 

5.1 Eligibility for Payouts

 

Withdrawals are available only to users who:

  • meet applicable age and legal capacity requirements;
  • have completed any required identity verification (KYC);
  • use supported payment methods and card types;
  • reside in jurisdictions where payouts are legally permitted.

 

Certain regions, payment instruments, or issuing banks may be restricted for regulatory or risk-management reasons.

5.2 Processing Timeframes

 

Approved payout requests are typically processed within 3–7 business days.

Actual settlement times depend on external financial institutions.

5.3 Limits and Fees

 

Unless stated otherwise on the Platform:

  • Minimum withdrawal amount: €10
  • Maximum withdrawal amount: €5,000 per transaction

 

Any applicable fees will be displayed prior to confirmation of a withdrawal request.

5.4 Refunds, Reversals, and Failed Payouts

 

Completed payouts cannot be reversed at the user’s request.

 

However, where permitted by law, the Company may suspend or reverse a payout in cases of:

  • technical or processing errors;
  • duplicate transactions;
  • compliance or security reviews.

 

If a payout fails, the funds will generally be returned to the user balance after verification.

5.5 Declined Transactions

 

A payout request may be declined due to reasons including, but not limited to:

  • insufficient available balance;
  • unsupported card or issuing bank;
  • incomplete identity verification;
  • suspected fraud or regulatory concerns;
  • technical processing issues.

 

Where possible, users will be informed of the reason and provided with guidance.

  1. Disputes and Chargebacks

 

If you believe a transaction or payout has been handled incorrectly, you may submit a dispute by contacting support@csgoskins.org within 30 days of the relevant transaction.

 

Disputes related to card payments may also be resolved in accordance with the applicable rules of Visa and Mastercard.

  1. Compliance and Regulatory Requirements

 

To meet legal and payment-network obligations, the Company applies:

  • AML and KYC procedures, including identity verification;
  • transaction monitoring for fraud prevention;
  • restrictions on certain activities, payment methods, and jurisdictions.

 

Failure to comply with these requirements may result in delayed transactions, account limitations, or suspension of services.

  1. Prohibited Activities

 

You must not use the Platform for any unlawful or prohibited purpose, including:

  • fraud, money laundering, or sanctions evasion;
  • misuse of payment instruments;
  • interference with the security or operation of the Platform;
  • providing false or misleading information.

 

The Company may take appropriate action, including account suspension and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law.

  1. Card Scheme Transparency

 

Any display of Visa or Mastercard logos on the Platform complies with their branding guidelines and does not imply sponsorship or endorsement unless expressly stated.

 

All card transactions remain subject to the relevant card scheme rules.

  1. Privacy and Data Protection

 

Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

 

By using the Platform, you acknowledge that your information may be used for service delivery, fraud prevention, and compliance with legal obligations.

  1. Access to Transaction History

 

Where available, users may access a record of completed transactions and payouts in their account area, including transaction date, amount, and status.

  1. Limitation of Liability

 

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profit or business opportunities.

 

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

  1. Amendments to These Terms

 

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in law, technology, or our business operations.

 

Updated versions will be published on the Platform, and continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

  1. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
